Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns and offer refunds if the item arrives damaged or defective. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, and used items cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@calderandpine.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.
