Are Calder & Pine products made with safe ingredients?
Yes. At Calder & Pine, we’re thoughtful about what goes into every product.
For our candles, we use premium, paraffin-free soy wax, along with carefully selected fragrance and essential oil blends that are phthalate-free and compliant with IFRA (International Fragrance Association) standards.
Our products are non-toxic, vegan, and cruelty-free, designed to be gentle on both people and the planet.
Are Calder & Pine products vegan and cruelty-free?
Absolutely. All of our products are 100% plant-based, contain no animal-derived ingredients, and are never tested on animals. (We love animals!)
Are Calder & Pine products halal? Do they contain alcohol?
While we use alcohol to clean and sanitise our containers and tools, our products themselves do not contain any alcohol or alcoholic beverages. However, please note that our products are currently not halal-certified.
Are Calder & Pine products suitable for homes with children, pets, or during pregnancy?
Our products are created with safety in mind using natural ingredients, but sensitivities can vary from person to person and from home to home.
- For households with children, we recommend keeping all products out of reach and using them under supervision. If your child has asthma or respiratory sensitivities, start with limited exposure to stronger fragrances and observe how they respond.
- For pets, always ensure good ventilation and avoid placing products where they can be tipped over or ingested. Prevent pets from licking or ingesting our products to avoid stomach upset.
- For pregnant mothers, we suggest using scented products according to personal comfort and preference. Enjoy our products in well-ventilated spaces.
We encourage mindful use in all shared spaces, especially where children, pets, or those with sensitivities are present.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We currently ship within Malaysia using trusted delivery partners. For ready stock, most orders arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Pre-order items will be shipped once production is completed, with the estimated timeline stated on the product page.

Can I request a refund for my order?
We only accept returns and offer refunds if an item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you.
